Reservations, Cancellations, and Policies
Check in times are 3pm-9 pm, Mountain Standard Time. If arriving outside of check in times please call to make arrangements. A $25 late check-in fee may be charged.
Full Breakfast at 8:30 am.
Check out time 11 am.
Deposit Required: A deposit of 50% of entire stay is taken upon reservation (100% if stay is one night only). Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover Card, Travelers checks or Moneyorders accepted.
Cancellations: Arrowhead Country Inn is a small property where every guest reservation made is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel you reservation, please call us at least 14 days prior to your arrival date for a refund of your deposit less a $20 processing fee.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than 14 days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made.
Policies: Arrowhead Bed & Breakfast is a fresh air inn. Smoking is allowed only on the patio or in the Great Outdoors.
All rates and policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and for some special requests.
