Watch the sunset glowing on the White Cliffs from the big picture windows of our brand new dining room, or relax on the garden patio while our chef uses fresh local ingredients to prepare unique and delicious dishes. Choose from entrees such as Southwestern Chicken Cordon Blue with Roasted Raspberry Chipotle Sauce, Buffalo Filet MIgnon topped with Sauteed Portobellos, or Steak Sonora with Caramelized Onions and Peppers and Freshly Baked Tortillas, or Maple Glazed Salmon with Red Wine Sauce, or BBQ Baby Back Ribs glazed with our signature Prickly Pear BBQ Sauce - to name just a few - all served with crisp grilled vegetables, delicious Shepherd's Bread and choice of a fresh garden salad or a hot bowl of house-made soup. Finish the meal with a Checkerboard Mesa Brownie Sundae, a Mount Carmel Mudslide Bread Pudding with Whiskey Caramel Sauce, or one of our daily dessert specials of Creme Brulee, Cheesecake, or a slice of Freshly Baked Pie. Dinner is served from 5-9pm Wednesday through Sunday, from April 16th through the end of the season.

In the morning, wake up to the aroma of fresh coffee; Strawberry Cheese
Blintzes; Fluffy Pancakes topped with Syrup, Peaches, Blueberries or Raspberries; Bacon and Eggs; Apricot and Almond Muffins; or
Ham and Cheese and Mushroom Frittatas, to name just a few of our chef’s daily specialties. Breakfast, included in the room rates, is served in the antique furnished dining room, or on the sunny, open patio. From either place, guests can gaze at the beauty of
the White Cliffs while enjoying a home-cooked breakfast feast. We serve breakfast every morning at 8:30 am.
